RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REPAIRS

We want you to love your Madison Sterling Jewelry!

If you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept refunds or exchanges (on unworn items) for full price merchandise ordered through our website up to 30 days after purchase.

returns & exchanges:

    • Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may make a return or exchange after receiving your item(s).

    • Madison Sterling Jewelry does not accept & is not responsible for returns or exchanges that are not registered through our returns portal.

    • For exchanges, a refund will be issued. Then you are able to re-purchase the desired item(s).

    • Please allow 14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

    • Items returned must be unworn, with no sign of damage, and returned with verse tag / packaging. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For any credit card changes or if the refund is not showing on your statement within 14 days of processing, please contact your bank directly.

    • If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return. We are not able to process any sort of return for items not purchased through our website.

Repairs:

    • If your needed repair is due to faulty workmanship, we will gladly repair the item within 30 days of purchase free of charge, with proof of purchase. This applies to jewelry within a year of purchase. Past one year, we will access & repair for a fee (depending on the issue).

    • If your needed repair is due to wear & tear, we are happy to repair the item for you. There will be a fee associated with the repair. The fee will be assessed & quoted by our team on a case by case basis.

    • Repair work will not be performed until you have been advised of any applicable fees associated with the request & your payment has been processed.

    • Please allow a minimum of 30 days for your repairs to be completed.

    • Please view our FAQ page to ensure that you are taking the proper steps to care for your jewelry.
