SHIPPING

• You will receive an email once your jewelry ships. A tracking number will be provided.

• Orders are shipped via USPS and do not require a signature upon arrival.

• Orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days when you order before 12PM M - F. After 12PM. please add an additional day.

• Shipping times may be longer during national holidays or sales events.

• We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• If an item arrives damaged due to poor workmanship, shipping costs will be covered by Madison Sterling. Any loss or further damage to jewelry being returned will be the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, any claims must be made and handled with the shipping carrier.

• Shipping, tracking, and/or insurance for returns are the responsibility of the customer. These charges cannot be refunded.

• Shipping is non-refundable.

• For questions regarding the status of your order, once in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
