When we receive your repair form, we will invoice you for the repair via email.
Once the repair cost has been paid, we will email you a pre paid shipping label. Please ship the repair piece within 7 business days.
Once we receive your jewelry piece, we will proceed with the repair and ship the piece the back within 14 days.
